We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Below, we outline our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

At csuitestartup our priority is your satisfaction. Our team of experts endeavors to provide high-quality services tailored to your needs. While we aim for the best outcomes, we acknowledge that various factors beyond our control may influence results.
Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
We appreciate your understanding of the following guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cases for Full Refund:
1. If you decide to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, and we have not yet initiated work or assigned an expert, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. In the event of accidental duplicate payments or overpayment, the excess amount will be promptly refunded to you.
Cases Where Partial Refunds May Apply:
1. If, upon review, we find that we are unable to proceed with the requested service due to client ineligibility or insufficient documentation, we may issue a partial refund, deducting 25% for handling charges.
2. Refund requests made after the initial 3-hour window may result in a partial refund, subject to management discretion and a minimum deduction of 25%.
Cases for No Refund (Denial of Refund):
1. Failure to provide necessary documents or information essential for service provision will render the order ineligible for a refund.
2. Non-response to communication attempts within seven (7) days will result in order cancellation without refund.
3. Once an order is assigned to our network of professionals, no refund will be processed.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within a minimum of 15 days from approval, either to the original payment method or the entity’s designated bank account. Escalation and Dispute Resolution Should any disputes arise, we offer the following escalation and resolution process:
Level 1: Email us at support@csuitestartup.com and allow one week for resolution.
Level 2: If further assistance is required, contact our grievance officer at csuitegrievanceofficer@gmail.com and allow seven (7) working days for resolution.
Dispute Settlement
In the event of disputes, the jurisdiction for resolution lies with the courts in Delhi. Please note that The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, does not apply to such cases.
Policy Amendments
We reserve the right to modify our cancellation and refund policy at our discretion. We advise reviewing the policy periodically for any updates or changes.
